FRANKFORT — Lt. Gov. Daniel Mongiardo said Wednesday that he has
previously attempted to develop a Frankfort farm that he bought last year with
the help of a $30,000-a-year state housing allowance.
Mongiardo, who is running
for the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate, told the Lexington Herald-Leader
editorial board that he pursued developing the 54-acre farm as a partner with
