The KY Consensus Forecasting Group's Revenue Projections for Fiscal Years 2010 and 2011

These December projections will be the final numbers utilized during the 2010 General Assembly.

 The last planning forecast was from October and any revisions are illustrated below:

 General Fund

 October FY10 - $8,135 Billion, October FY11 - $8,317 Billion & October FY12 - $8,625 Billion;

 December FY10 - $8,196 Billion, October FY11 - $8,491 Billion & October FY12 - $8,809 Billion;

 Positive adjustments totaled – FY10  + $61 Million, FY11  + $174 Million and FY12 + $184 Million.

 General Fund growth was estimated at 3.6% between FY10 & FY11

Road Fund

October FY10 - $1,173 Billion, October FY11 - $1,222 Billion & October FY12 - $1,303 Billion;

 

December FY10 - $1,199 Billion, October FY11 - $1,271 Billion & October FY12 - $1,341 Billion;

 

Positive adjustments total – FY10  + $26 Million, FY11 + $49 Million and FY12 + $38 Million.

 

Road Fund growth was estimated at 6.0% between FY10 & FY11 and 5.5% between FY11 & FY12.
