Theywereinvitedbytheeventcoordinatortodisplayan"EndtheWar"signonthestageandamongthecrowdattheevent. Carolwasfeaturedintoday'sC-JstoryonB1byDavidGoetz([email protected])andherexcellentpictureisonB2. Unfortunately,shortlyafterCarol'sC-Jinterviewshewasarrestedfordisplayinghersign. Apparently,therewasacomplaintandthesheriffdeputiesapproachedherandaskedhertoremovehersign. Shedidn'tputthesignawayandwasputunderarrest. Ironically,MayorAbramsonwasjustafewfeetawayandCaroltriedtogethisattentiontostopit. HesawwhathappenedandlatertoldHaroldthathehadnotmadethecomplaintaboutthesign. CarolwasforciblyremovedfromthesceneandtakentotheCountyJailonLibertySt. We'llgetmoredetailslaterandwearegratefultoKenforhishelplastnight.
