Obama budget cuts Medicare Advantage, through which nearly 11 million seniors get their Medicare drug and medical benefits. Democrats (inlcuding this blogger) have viewed this plans as a bonanza for such Medicare providers as HumanaInc., UnitedHealth GroupInc. and Coventry Health CareInc.
