ONE PLAUSIBLE REASON FOR MAYOR JERRY’S REFUSAL TO USE LOUISVILLE’S RAINY DAY FUND by DrTed

People are wondering why Mayor Jerry does not want to touch the Metro Government Rainy Day Fund to cover the budget shortage. One theory is that Mayor Jerry wants to use this to cover the Firefighters' lawsuit overtime pay.  This debt may cost the city in excess of $35 million.  Sound like a plausible theory to me
