Forthenextsixweeks,theDemocraticpresidentialracebetweenSenatorsBarackObamaandHillaryClintonwillfocusonthestateofPennsylvania. ThenortheasternstateholdsitspresidentialprimaryonApril22,andVOANationalCorrespondentJimMalonehasalookatthestrategyforbothcampaignsfromWashington. BarackObamacontinuestoleadinthedelegatecountfortheDemocraticnomination,butHillaryClinton'svictoriesinthelargestatesofTexasandOhiohavepropelledherbackintotherace. ClintonhashadsomesuccessinraisingquestionsaboutObama'sreadinesstobepresidentandcommanderandchief,anditislikelyshewillcontinuethatlineofattackintheweekstocome. "SenatorMcCainwillbringalifetimeofexperiencetothecampaign,"Clintonsaid."Iwillbringalifetimeofexperience,andSenatorObamawillbringaspeechthathegavein2002. Ithinkthatisasignificantdifference." ClintonhopestoraiseenoughquestionsaboutObamaandhisexperiencethateventhoughheleadsinthedelegatecount,someoftheso-calledsuperdelegatesmaybedrawntosupportherattheDemocrat'snationalnominatingconventioninAugust. SuperdelegatesarepartyactivistsandelectedDemocraticofficialswhoattendtheconventionasuncommitteddelegates,andcandecidetosupportwhomevertheywant. Inrecentdays,ObamahasfiredbackatClinton'sclaimsabouthisexperience,andcontinuestociteherinitialsupportoftheIraqwarasakeypointofdifferencebetweenthetwoofthem.
