LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Fast-food company Yum Brands Inc. says it will eliminate several hundred jobs and shift a couple hundred more as part of a restructuring of its U.S. business. Yum spokesman Jonathan Blum said Wednesday that several hundred jobs will be eliminated in Louisville as well as at Taco Bell's headquarters in Irvine, Calif., and at Pizza Hut's headquarters in Dallas.
